2.1 How clients book with you

🧾 Step 1: View Your Booking Page

When clients open your booking link, they’ll see:

• Your business name and profile image
• A list of services you offer
• A short description about your business
• Your location and contact options

📅 Step 2: Select a Service + Time

1. The client clicks on a service they’re interested in.
2. A calendar appears showing available time slots.
3. They pick the date and time they want.

📝 Step 3: Enter Personal Info

Clients will be asked to fill out:

• First name
• Last name
• Email
• Phone number
• Optional notes or requests

They can also choose to save their info for faster future bookings.

💳 Step 4: Review & Pay (if required)

1. Clients review the selected service, date, and time.
2. If a deposit, booking fee, or full payment is required, they’ll be prompted to enter their credit card details.
3. They must check the box to agree to your Terms and Conditions.

✅ Step 5: Booking Confirmation

Once submitted:

• If manual confirmation is turned on, the booking will show as Pending until you approve it.
• If auto-confirmation is enabled, it will show as Confirmed right away.

Clients will land on a Booking Details page with all the information, including:

• Date and time
• Location
• Service details
• A Book Again button for quick rebooking
