SkedMe gives you simple, powerful tools to stay in touch with your clients and make each experience feel personal.

📞 Call or Email in One Click

  1. Go to the Customers tab.
  2. Locate the client you want to reach.
  3. Click the phone icon to call them or the email icon to send them a message—right from your dashboard.

You can also access these quick actions directly from the client's profile page by clicking their phone number or email.

📝 Add Notes to Keep It Personal

Inside each client’s profile, scroll down to the Client Notes section.

Use this space to:

  • Keep track of preferences
  • Note any special requests
  • Remember important dates or details
