3.4 Refunds and managing payment issues
If a client paid but something needs to be corrected — like a refund or a payment dispute — here's how to handle it fast.
📂 Go to the Finances Tab
- Head to the Finances tab on the left sidebar
- You’ll see a list of all payments you've received from clients
Each row includes:
- 🗓️ Date & time of the transaction
- 💳 Transaction ID
- 👤 Customer name
- 💰 Total paid, broken down into:
- Base amount
- Tip (if applicable)

🔁 Issue a Refund
- Find the payment you want to refund
- Click the three dots on the far right
- Select Refund
💡 All refunds are processed via Stripe and show up right away in your Finances tab.
