4.3 See past appointments per client

🔍 Step-by-Step

1. Go to the Customers tab from the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the full name of the client whose history you want to view.

1. On the client’s profile page, scroll down to the bottom.

There you’ll find a full list of all past and upcoming bookings for that client.

🗂️ What You Can Do

From the client’s booking list, you can:

• View booking details (time, date, service)
• Track the complete appointment history
• Take action on upcoming appointments (e.g. confirm, cancel, mark as no-show)
