3.3 Track payments and statuses
Want to see who’s paid and who hasn’t? SkedMe makes it easy to track every payment, all in one place.
🔎 Check Payment Status from a Booking
- Go to the Bookings tab
- Click into a specific appointment
- Scroll down to the Payment Links section
You’ll see the payment status right there:
- Active = The link is still valid and waiting for payment.
- Paid/Used = Your client has already completed the payment ✅
📊 Track All Payments in the Finances Tab
- Click on the Finances tab in your sidebar
- You’ll find a full list of every payment you’ve received or created, with up-to-date status for each.
🔁 Need to Refund?
- Just click the three dots next to any payment
- Choose Refund to issue money back to your client
